Sit Stay Dog Training USA provides dog training, boarding, daycare, grooming, and pet transportation by arrangement. This website provides information about our services. Reservations, service agreements, and payments are handled directly with our team, not through this website. Clients receive a separate agreement for the care and training of their dogs.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Reservations: A reservation is confirmed when the client pays a deposit to hold a date. The deposit amount may vary and is applied toward the final bill. If the client cancels the reservation, the deposit is nonrefundable from the time the reservation is confirmed.
Private training classes: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. A class canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, is considered used and its cost is not refunded. If a client chooses not to complete a prepaid training package, the value of unused classes may be applied as credit toward another Sit Stay Dog Training USA service. Unused classes are not refunded in cash.
Training camps: Any remaining balance is paid in person on the day the camp begins. Once paid, the camp fee is nonrefundable, including if the client withdraws the dog before the program ends.
Boarding: Boarding is paid for when the dog is dropped off. If the dog is picked up before the scheduled end of the stay, the value of unused boarding days is issued as credit toward a future Sit Stay Dog Training USA service. Unused boarding days are not refunded in cash.
TRAINING GUARANTEES
The guarantee period begins on the date the client picks up the dog after completion of the camp.
Bootcamp Levels 1, 2 and 3: These programs include a three-year guarantee for the training covered by the client’s program. If a trained skill needs reinforcement during that period, we provide a free evaluation and, when needed, additional one-hour reinforcement classes at our training facility. If the dog needs to stay at our facility for additional training, the training is covered, but the client is responsible for boarding charges.
To keep the Bootcamp guarantee active, the dog must return to our facility for an evaluation every six months from the pickup date. Missing a required evaluation ends the guarantee. The owner must also consistently follow the handling instructions, routines, and household rules provided by Alberto. Failure to maintain those practices may end the guarantee.
Potty Training Camp: This program includes a six-month potty training guarantee. If the dog continues to have potty problems despite the owner consistently following Alberto’s instructions, we provide one free home visit and evaluation. Any potty training reinforcement needed within the six-month guarantee period is free. The six-month evaluation requirement for Bootcamp does not apply to Potty Training Camp.
A dog’s health, home, and routine can affect training progress. These terms are subject to any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
